This afternoon, like everyone else, I finally finished writing the first draft of my individual story. The experience of writing this article was a little different from writing the article last week on Randy Lovely. This week I had many more things going on in my head, such as partial quotations, proper formatting, a the type of lead.
When peer editing in groups, I also amazed myself. I didn't realize I had it in me to look at another classmates work and be able to give any kind of advice. I did. I was able to make a few edits, mostly recalling some mistakes I had previously made on the Lovely story.
I also referred to the AP book for advice. I have learned so much. I have so many plans for next year. I never thought I'd enjoy knowing how to write the story.

Does my heart good when someone bonds with the AP Stylebook. Please buy a bunch, along with e-versions, to prop up the meager pension owed to me by the world's oldest and largest organization.
