Hello,
I am really looking forward to attending the Reynolds Institute in June. I teach in a large district in Kansas City, Missouri. I am responsible for teaching two broadcast journalism classes. I have a lot of students and I am short on space. Our program is alive with creative ideas, but I need more education in order to work effectively as a teacher.
I was referred to the Institute by Christina Geabhart, another journalism teacher in my district. She attended the Institute in 2003. She has written to me about how great of an experience the Institute was for her. I look forward to making friendships and relationships with each of you.

I agree, space is an issue. My newspaper students have their own small corner of my English classroom.
